Kundalini Activation Process With Amy

Kundalini Activation Process is a direct energy transmission that activates the process of Kundalini awakening. In a KAP session, spontaneous movements can and do arise. Some consider it a cathartic experience or something that gives them deep insights or realizations. But these are just some of the side effects that can and do happen.
A profound rewiring of the brain structure and central nervous system happens with continued exposure. Every “symptom” or sign of a kundalini awakening, from the earliest signs to the later end manifestations, are seen regularly in participants.
In a session, you lie down on a yoga mat. Some music is played. The facilitator touches or presses some of the chakra or meridian points on your body. That’s it. That’s all that happens on the outside. What happens on the inside is a totally different story…

Tai Chi is often referred to as a moving meditation. In which it develops the mind-body connection, with its slow and graceful movements. In class we go over some of the basic principles and practices for tai chi. With only a few minutes a day you can greatly improve your quality of life! The class goes over how to relax and move, as well as activate your body’s natural energy. Tai chi develops the practice of functional movement patterns and activates your mind and energy. I began yoga in 2018 and soon noticed many positive shifts in my everyday life. Yoga has been a tool in my life that keeps me more grounded, patient and peaceful.
In 2023, I decided I wanted to share this practice with others and attended yoga teachers training at Darling yoga in Overland Park. I am passionate about helping others achieve their goals and find inner peace through the practice of yoga.
When I’m not teaching, I enjoy spending time in nature, gardening and creating art.

A A physical education and health teacher of 15 years turned Yoga Instructor, Alignment Guide, International Best-Selling Author, Certified Tao Hands Practitioner, Podcast Host, and Tarot Reader.
18 years ago, Yoga was THE thing that put me back in touch with my body. I had dissociated from my body at a very young age due to various traumatic events. My first yoga class made me feel like I had come home. Home to myself. Through the movement and the breathing I was able to step back into my authentic self and power.
The body is wildly intelligent and it is an honor to be of service in this way, connecting you back with your body and your breath.
When I am not being of service you will find me communing with Mother Earth. Nature is my medicine and I love nearly all activities involving the outdoors; skiing, hiking, paddle-boarding, exploring and traveling.
