18 years ago, Yoga was THE thing that put me back in touch with my body. I had dissociated from my body at a very young age due to various traumatic events. My first yoga class made me feel like I had come home. Home to myself. Through the movement and the breathing I was able to step back into my authentic self and power.
The body is wildly intelligent and it is an honor to be of service in this way, connecting you back with your body and your breath.
When I am not being of service you will find me communing with Mother Earth. Nature is my medicine and I love nearly all activities involving the outdoors; skiing, hiking, paddle-boarding, exploring and traveling.

Sally completed her Hatha Yoga teacher training in 2007 and has been teaching all level Hatha and Flow classes since then. While studying exercise science from 2004-2007 Sally worked as a personal trainer at her local YMCA and also as a physical therapy assistant in 2007 and spent time working with patients at 3 different clinics.
Sally currently teaches Flow Yoga, Pilates equipment and mat classes in addition to as many private sessions as possible. Sally’s classes focus on alignment, strengthening the total body, proper technique, anatomy and balance. Working with everyone from athletes to those with chronic health issues is all in the days work.
Her commitment, dedication and passion to the Yoga and Pilates work as well as overall body health allow her to be ever-enhancing her skills through continuing education and new areas of study. Other certifications include Peak Pilates Comprehensive (2013), Piloxing (2014), Group Cycle (2007) and Personal Trainer (2004).
